30-Day Return Window

Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All labels, tags, and protective coverings intact
  • Include original invoice or packing slip
  • Return authorization number (RMA) required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or reconstituted
  • Special order or custom compounds
  • Opened fluids, chemicals, or aerosols
  • Products damaged due to improper storage

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns without defect. Defective products are exempt from this fee.

How to Return

Request RMA Number

Package the Item

Securely package the product in its original box with all included materials. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship the Return

Ship to the address provided with your RMA. Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Research Grade: 1-year warranty with COA verification
  • Bulk / Custom Synthesis: Per-order terms apply

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, contact us with your order number, SKU, and description of the issue. Photos may be required. We will provide replacement products or refund at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper storage or handling
  • Use beyond stated expiration date
  • Modifications or alterations

Wrong Product Shipped

If we shipped the wrong product, we will cover all return shipping costs and send the correct item at no additional charge. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item.
